We have an excitingopportunity for a receptionist/administration role. This job has potentialsto start from part time and become a full time staff.
Administration role duties will include but not limited to:
· Dealing with mails and any necessary scanning.
· General administration duties
· Answering office phones
· Communicating with internal team and clients
· Taking reservations and preparing operational sheets todifferent departments
· Assist with accountant to conduct stock check
· Assist operation running with daily work arrangements
· Assist with purchasing locally or internationally sourcedproducts (Not often).
· Data entry including job running sheets, time sheets, projectinformation updates etc.
The successful applicant will be given full training for thisrole. The time shift may include weekends occasional hours and may beadjusted in the future.
About you
· Confidence on the phone talking to clients and the team.
· Strong organizational skills
· Attention to detail and the ability to pick things upeasily.
· A trueteam player with a positive attitude and a strong ‘can-do’ attitude.
· Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
· Intermediate computer skills – Microsoft Excel competencyessential.
