We are having an opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join our company. Our office is based in West Auckland.
Responsibilities include:
- Data entry
- Daily bank reconciliation
- Assist with monthly PAYE returns and GST reports
- Documentation
- General administration and office assistance
- Other ad hoc job
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred
- Intermediate to advance Excel skills
- Relevant accounting work experience at least one year
- Exprience on Xero accounting system
- Be able to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Mandarin)
- Team player
- Can-do Attitude
