We are looking for a passionate Receptionist who will also be doing some Accounting duties. This is 1 year full time fixed-term position for covering maternity leave.

PB Tech is New Zealand’s largestspecialist computing and I.T. retailer with 14 superstores and more than 650 staff members throughout New Zealand as well as dedicated online /ecommerce, wholesale and commercial divisions.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Greeting visitorsat the front desk, informing relevant PB Tech staff of their visitors' arrival.
· Makingsure that all OSH relevant procedures are followed and carried out forvisitors.
· Answering incomingphone calls that are not made to the DDI's.
· Invoicing, codingand processing invoice data.
· General accountsadministration duties.
· Data entry as perinstructions from relevant department managers.
· Administrativetasks as assigned by relevant department managers.
· Helping to organizetraining or seminar events onsite, receiving guests and participants, directingthem to the location of the event venue.
The successful candidate must havethe following attributes:
· Comfortable andenjoys meeting and communicating with people.
· Excellent phoneetiquette and customer service manner.
· Excellentcommunication skills with good command of English, bilingual skill is a bigplus.
· Entry levelexperience in an accounts role.
· An accountingrelated tertiary qualification would be desirable, but not essential.
· Familiar with MSOffice applications (Excel, Words, PowerPoint).
· A strong attentionto details.
· Excellent teamplayer to create a good working relationship with colleagues of all levels.
