LKK FOOD EQUIPMENT LTD 是位于西区的一家商业餐饮设备制造商和供应商。
现需招聘一名有经验的会计以及一名采购员加入到我们的团队。工作时间20-40小时每周可议。
会计工作职责包括:
Data entry, bank reconciliation and general ledger accounts maintenance.
GST Return, Income Tax Return and provisional tax declaration for the parent and subsidiaries.
Fortnightly pay runs and PAYE returns.
Process local and overseas purchase orders.
Creditors bulk payments every 20th of the month.
Follow up outstanding accounts.
Handle general account queries from both supplier and customers.
Process new credit account applications.
Process hire and purchase agreements.
Keep records of costs such as labour and materials.
Month end reporting.
Ad hoc required by the manager.
采购员工作职责包括:
Liaise with suppliers to build relationships, ensure the best pricing and source alternative suppliers as required.
Liaise with the Accounts, R&D and Production teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Good administrative, analytical, and organisation skills.
Ensure accurate transfers between companies.
Accurately and efficiently manage stock.
Overseeing scheduled pieces of work and identifying any areas of concern.
Well organised and an experienced planner.
Previous experience working in logistics would be beneficial.
Ad hoc required by the manager.

至少1-3年有本地企业相关经验;
工作积极努力,责任心强,敬业,细心及高效,良好的团队合作精神;
精通中英文书写和交流,会广东话者优先;
熟练操作 office 软件,能快速上手ERP软件。
可以立刻上班者优先;
必须持有有效工作签证或PR,短期签证免问。
