We are on the hunt for a team-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our friendly team at our head office in Manukau! This is a perfect role for a fresh graduate with details orientated and a can-do attitude!
Tasks & Responsibilities:
· Procurement and stock allocation to all PB branches nationwide.
· Responsible in logistic management of overseas import & export, and licence & warranty orders.
· To contribute and provide feedbacks in improving the current system & management.
· Monitor shortfall stock and place backorders with suppliers in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records at all times.
· Regularly assess product range on offer and decide on the quantity of each product that needs to be stored based on sales data and customer feedback, ensuring that products and parts are available to meet customer demand.
· Maintain accurate records of product information in the system on a daily basis, including the creation of new product codes and the review and updating of product pricing.
· Monitor stock levels on a daily basis, maintaining stock at agreed levels at all times and ensuring tasks are completed on time, to quality and procedural standards.
· Run product reports on a daily basis to check service parts stock levels and place orders with suppliers if stock levels are under agreed quantity.
· Other duties reasonably within the capability of a Business Support Administrator may also be required from time to time.

The successful candidate must have the following attributes:
· Bachelor or above in Computer Science/Information Systems or other related majors.· Previous experience related to IT products, procurement, logistic and system optimization preferred.
· An excellent team player (you will be working in a friendly team environment!)· Organizing, multi-tasking with strong sense of deadlines and urgency.
· High attention to details and accuracy.
· Good communication skills both written and verbal.
· Excellent computer skills and ERP system experience is a plus.
