We are looking for a motivated, experienced person to join our Mt Wellington based Supply Chain Team. Reporting to the Supply Chain and Logistics Manager, you will be assisting in inventory control, supply planning, purchasing, and logistics coordination.
Key responsibilities including:
Inventory planning and controlling
Purchasing from local and overseas
Supply Planning
Logistics Coordination
Communication and Problem Solving
Regular reporting
Skills & Experience:
• 2+ years of experience as an inventory/ purchase or in a similar position.
• Strong numeric and data analytics skills and are comfortable with most programs and systems
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detailed knowledge of logistics and inventory management.
• Experience with statistical analysis.
• Ability to write and present detailed inventory and other reports.
• Knowledge of inventory management software.
• Attention to detail.
• Supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask.
• Good understanding of the commercial and financial impacts of the supply chain on the business.
• Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with China supplier
