We are looking for a qualified ICT technician with warehouse management skill.
As an ICT support technician you will be responsible for high-quality repair and maintenance services for a variety of devices including laptops, mobile phones, ipads, macbooks, tablets and desktop computers.Training will be provided but you MUST have the interest to learn the technical skills. You will also manage the warehouse and the stock for the showroom.
Key requirements for this role are as follows:
Minimum 2 years experience of ICT support technician or warehouse management
Excellent stock management skills
Strong technical skills
Wide computer product knowledge
Good support to the computer retail showroom
Relevant ICT related Tertiary education
Excellent customer service
Proven ability to work well in a team
Good time management and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Full, clean NZ driver licence and New Zealand residency or valid NZ work visa
Be able to work 6 days a week
