As a Financial Assistant, you will be a pivotal point of contact for our Advisers and their clients. Your key responsibilities will be preparing and managing policy schedule updates, processing of renewals and endorsements, managing invoicing and collection of premiums, claims management, file management, and document formatting as well as report preparation and statistical analysis.
To be successful in this role you will:
- A quick learner with excellent computer skills capable of using the Microsoft Office suite
- Proven experience in developing relationships both internal and external
- Have strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and a committed work ethic
- Be adept at prioritising your workflow with the ability to meet tight deadlines
In return, we’ll support you to develop your skills with excellent learning and development opportunities within a friendly team environment. We'll also help you through your studies for the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services if needed. Qualification fees are covered through our study support program.
