30 ThomasLtd (the “C Power Homes”) as an investment company, C Power Homes is doingland development, building and investment consultant, its primary service basedon north and west Auckland. Company is now seeking for AssistantSite Manager to join its team on delivering high quality homes and services.
Your Duties:
- Attending project meetings,office meetings and trainings.
- Ensuring health and safety standard on site.
- Reading the entire projectdocuments and assisting to contact sub-contractors and suppliers under SiteManager’s guidance.
- Coordinating construction process,including but not limited on scheduling, materials storage, and site clean planetc.
- Supervising and overseeing thedirection of projects, to ensure the specifications and requirements are met. Maintaining quality control.
- Updating project record everyday, including writing report and uploading photos etc.
- Reporting all risks and urgentissues to Construction Manager and Office.
- Maintaining site clean andinforming workers to keep site clean and tidy.
- Other ad hoc jobs assigned bythe Site Manager or Company.
Our Requirements:
- Relative education background
- Honest, reliable, responsible,and positive attitude
- Well organized and ability tomanage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skillis must
- Fluent English and Chinesespeaking and writing skill
- Clear New Zealand full driverlicense

New Position released - Office Admin
You will directly report to the director and construction head on daily administrative management which included but not limited to our construction site & investment projects coordination tasks.
The candidate will need to be a motivated, highly organized, and have an eye for details. Furthermore you will need to have excellent communication skills to work with team, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and clients.
Your Duties:
- Provide general assistant support to director
- Liaison with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and relative government departments, progress review and follow ups
- Maintaining the highest standards of documentation and collaboration among construction team
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by management
You should have:
- Relevant construction or commercial experiences
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both Chinese and English
- Reliable, good eye for detail and hardworking
- A good team player and passionate quick learner (essential training will be provided)
- Having New Zealand working permit (citizen/PR/Working Visa)
- Holding valid and clear full New Zealand driving license
