工作时间:周一到周五 9-5:00 (时间上可议 比如8:30-4:30 之类的)

Description
We’re looking for an administrator. Your main tasks will be administration based and you will be working independently within our team.
To be successful in this role we would expect you to have all/most of the following:
• Computer literate, well-spoken and confident with the command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• General administration (mail pickup, office supplies, banking etc)
• Strong data entry and Excel skills, and able to maintain a high level of accuracy and a high level of attention to details
• Good organisational skills and the ability
• To work independently
• Being extremely well-organised within a very busy environment
• Comfortable in a manufacturing type of business This is not an entry-level position and previous similar work experience is essential.
Your general responsibilities will be to:
• Making appointments for other technicians.
• Handling all admin work like email, phone etc.
• Data Entry and general office administration duties
• Contacting Clients when required.
• Vehicle fleet management (keeping on top of road user charges, WOF’s etc
• Assisting other staff when necessary.
