A busy and growing carpet laying company is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic full time Office Admin.
Task:
· Customer Services: Printing orders, following order processes, answering customer emails
· HR: Management of contracts/ filing of records and other staff record, PAYE
· Monthly Account Receivable: entering all accounts and invoices
· Monthly Account Payable: check bills and arrange payment
· GST Returns and PAYE returns and other government compliance
Knowledge:
· A positive attitude
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work with a team as well as independently
· Good working knowledge of all MS Office Applications
· Valid full driver's license
Language:
Fluent in both oral and written communication in English and Chinese.

· In-depth knowledge of how to communicate with customers, suppliers, and team members
· Ability to work with different people
· Ability to influence
· Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines on multiple assignments.
· Attention to detail and ability to react accurately and timely to changes
Although relevant experience is preferable but ATTITUDE is more important. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
