职位：architecture draftsperson
职位要求：
● 1-3年本地工作经验（请注意*暂不接受无经验或实习）
● 本地相关学历
● 熟练使用建筑相关的设计软件 （工作以revit为主)
● 熟悉Building codes\ NZS3604\ Unitary Plan
● 良好的客户沟通、谈判能力（英中文）
● 会做detail（如果可以独立完成一套RC、BC最佳，不是必须）
● 做事认真，有明确的时间观念和团队精神
● 为人正直，有责任心

we need a draughtsperson who can work independently with architectural plans for building consent / Resource consent.
Relevant experience and skills are:
● 1-3 years work experience
● Relevant technical qualifications in New Zealand
● Proficient with Revit in architectural drafting
● Excellent knowledge of New Zealand Building codes \ NZS3604 \ Unitary Plan
● strong communication skills
