We are currently seeking a confident and knowledgeable full time accounts administrator to assist our accounts team.
As a key part of the team you'll pride yourself on your reliability, enthusiasm and excellent presentation. You'll be proactive and independent with the ability to take control of your own workload. You need to have high attention to detail and excellent communication skills. A natural interest in IT systems and processes is essential. You will also have very good Excel skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing of accounts receivables and payables
- Payroll processing
- Preparation of monthly reports, journals and assisting inannual financial statements
- IRD compliance and GST management
- General financial and administration tasks as required
- Monthly reconciliations for bank, receivables and payables
- Assist with annual stocktakes
- Receipting, matching and processing of local stock invoices
- Assisting with monthly sales and import cost analysis and reports
