About the Role
The Sales Support role is responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders to process and follow up sales order, liaising with trade customers and on consumer orders, enquiries and complaints, providing business and sales analysis to support management decision and monitoring the stock in cross-border e-commerce and general trading warehouse.
Key Accountabilities
- Sales Order Processing
- Communicate sales order requirements to the supply chain team
- Follow up and keep tracking on sales order status in terms of production and deliver schedule and report to the manager on a timely basis
- Liaising with transport providers in China for delivery of orders
- Follow up the efficiency and effectiveness of the order delivery of Tmall oversea flagship store
- Process the online orders from the company official website
- Customer Services Management
- Liaise with trade customers and on consumer orders, enquiries and complaints
- Manage customer enquiries that arise from e-commerce platform and distributors, provide solutions, revisit and update product Q&A on a timely basis
- Take ownership of resolving customer escalations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to find solutions to the customer enquiries
- Business and Sales Analysis
- Support the manager to produce various sales and sales forecasting reports as required
- Support the manager by producing analysis on e-commerce distribution and provide insights and proposal on new business/distribution developments
- Liaise with trade customers to identify new e-commerce platform to develop opportunities
- Stock Monitor
- Monitor the stock level and monthly stock-take in cross-border e-commerce and general trading warehouse and make stock replenishment as required
- Communicate with sales on the stock requirement and replenishment
- Transfer the stock according to sales order requirement
Experience and Skill Requirements
- Proven experience in China cross-border e-commerce and general cross-border trading
- Proven experience in a sales support role where you have enabled sales representatives/managers
- Able to quickly build rapport with customers, team members & internal stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Strong time management and organizational skills are required
- Hands-on approach and happy to roll up your sleeves when getting stuck in
- Problem-solving and resolution skills
