Qualifications & experience
- Proficient in Google email
- Previous customer service experience a plus, but not necessary
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Full training on product knowledge will be provided
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answer calls
- Book appointments
- Face to face customer service
- check schedules
- liaising with accounts department
- Answer emails
- Helping customers with product pick up
- Assist with data entry and accounts when necessary
