We are looking for a Warehouse Admin :
About the role…
1. Prepare outwards goods: Ensure timely and accurate deliveriesacross all of New Zealand.
2. This is a small team and therefore a hands-on role that will seeyou picking, scanning and packing of incoming and outgoing stock.
3. Management of our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX) to ensureaccurateness of the data being inputted and on hand.
4. Ensuring regular stock takes and cycle counts.
5. Improving processes and minimising errors as the businesscontinues to grow and expand.
6. Keeping an organised and well-functioning warehouse environment.
7. Administration andgeneral office duties
8. Communicate withsalesperson and assist for any queries.
About you…
1. Experience in a fast paced and hands on warehouse environment is essential.
2. Intermediate computer skills & intermediate-advanced MicrosoftOffice (Word & Excel)
3. Attention to detail: to avoid errors or mistakes in a deadlinedriven role.
4. Hardworking, honest,reliable, and motivated.
5. Can do attitude –Willing to take any challenges.
6. Flexibility with hours and overtime may be required depending uponbusiness requirements.
7. Team player – Liaisewith different department and well-collaborate with colleagues.
