The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Real Estate Marketing Volunteer to help us in our overall sales and marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our company.
A Real Estate Marketing Volunteer should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behaviour trends and generate creative ideas. You should also be well versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.
The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Manage the production processes for all marketing collateral
- Assisting with digital communications, including website, online marketing and social media (Facebook, Instagram, management
- Create collateral in line with company brand guidelines
- Develop tactical advertising and other promotional activity, including media scheduling, cooperative advertising and promotions
- Implement short-term and long-term digital plans to align with company marketing strategy
This volunteer programme will require you to work collegially within a team environment. It involves working closely with our Marketing team. If you have a positive outlook and a strong willingness to take on the diverse tasks required of a trainee curator in a real estate environment then we look forward to hearing from you.
James Law Realty volunteer program is part-time and provide university students with an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience. Volunteer is unpaid but students are encouraged to seek college credit wherever possible. Competent volunteer may be offerred full time role in future too.
