We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Payroll Administrator to join our team based in Penrose. This is a full-time position.
Day to day the role includes:
· Weekly Payroll
· Assist in AR and AP processing
· Daily bank reconciliation
· Assisting with general office administration

We are a busy team looking for an enthusiastic individual with a great attitude, excellent administration, financial, and payroll experience to join us and help us continue to succeed.
As the successful candidate, you will be able to show evidence of your experience in the following
· Tertiary Qualification in Accounting
· At least 1-year experience in a similar role
· Excellent Excel skills
· Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
· Experience with Xero and payroll preparation.
· Bookkeeping knowledge and skills.
· Must have good English communication skills.
· Fluent in Chinese speaking is advantageous.
