We are currently looking for a full time Service Administrator to join our service team.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Ability to interact positively with a variety of matters and individuals on a daily basis.
- Process sales orders and quotes.
- Enjoying and confidence in inbound and outbound calling.
- Respond to stakeholder enquiries via the phone and email in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Manage any necessary follow-up actions required to facilitate a timely response.
- You are comfortable supporting the service team to do what they do best.
The successful candidate must have the following attributes:
- Tertiary IT education background with consumer IT products knowledge is preferable.
- Previous working experience as an administrator/customer service role is preferable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers and internal parties.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and e-mail skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Excellent time management with good attention to detail.
- Fast learning ability and patience to work.
- Good work ethics and a team player.
