We are a Cleaning Chemical Company in Onehunga, centralAuckland. Sadly one of our long serving staffmember will leave us. We need to replace her with a mature and competent officeCustomer Service person.
This is a full time position in afriendly small company. This position ismainly to process customers orders and other general office duties. Workinghours is from 8:00 am to 4pm, 4 to 5 days a week.
For this position you will need skillsin:
- · Good computerskills in Microsoft office of Outlook, Excel, Word
- · Familiar with MYOB or good experience with transactionalaccountings
- · Accounts receivableand payables
- · Excellent phonemanners in customer service
- · General filling
- Friendly and responsible at work;
- · Well organised with prioritising skills;
- · Accurate in numbers with high attention to details;
- · Good interpersonal and communication skills in professional manner;
- · Good English in speaking and wrtten;
- · Can speak and write good Chinese
