我们需要：
1.流利的英文交际能力，包括书面（我们大部分客户都是针对于本地）
2.正规驾照和合理交通工具
3.基础的social media技术，比如google ads, FB leads之类的（我们可以后期培训） 以及各种办公系统的使用方法
4.可以灵活处理客人提出的各种问题，帮助客人有效的解决问题
