CAD SPACES LIMITED is a local architectural design company, located in Point Chevalier. We specialize in residential design. We are seeking an Architectural designer and an Architectural Technician to join our friendly and growing studio.

1: Applicant must currently hold New Zealand Residency or relevant work visa
2. 1-3 years relevant work experience
3. Local relevant qualifications
4. Knowledgeable and understanding of NZBC, NZS3604 and Auckland Unitary Plan
5. Knowledgeable of Revit, basic AutoCAD and Photoshop skill
6. Good attitude and responsibility to work, attention to details. Excellent organizational multitask skills and ability to finish work on time.
7. Good communication and great problem solving skills.
