Who We Want
We are searching for a talented person with a passion for hospitality. Reporting to the Front Office Manager you will be a key member of the hotel operations.
This superstar will also have:
- Attention to detail
- Positive and can do attitude
- Previous knowledge of Front Office (Opera experience) a bonus
- Great skills of multi-tasking & ability to work under pressure
- High level of written and spoken English
- Friendly and welcoming phone etiquette
- Available to work across a 7 day roster.
What You'll Do
- Self-dependent - Ability to carry out daily FO operations while following hotel protocols.
- Ensure professionalism and accuracy with information and billing.
- Welcome and look after all isolation guests, including the delivery of above and beyond service
- Assist any guest’s inquiries during their isolation stay
- Manage package/parcel/mail/ any other deliveries
- Manage all incoming & outgoing phone calls
- Assist the Porter to manage hotel car park
- Familiar with local information, such as, local events, directions, transport, restaurant recommendations, attractions, activities, etc.
