We are onthe hunt for an outstanding Office Administrator to join ourCeres Organics Fresh Produce team. Reporting to the Fresh Produce OfficeManager, you'll be joining a close knit, high energy team working in our Penrosewarehouse. To be considered for the role it is essential that you have anadvanced understanding of the Fresh Produce industry including produce buyingand selling requirements, seasonal growing patterns, product knowledge, andproduce seasonal pricing, buying, and trading strategies. Knowledge oforganic certifications and standards is required.
To beconsidered for the role you'll have demonstrated experience in the use ofMicrosoft's D365 ERP system, with the ability to extract data, run and analyzereports. You'll be an advanced user of Excel including the use of pivot tablesand large data sets and the ability to manipulate. You will have exceptionalcommunication skills - both written and verbal and pick up the way we do thingsquickly.
