We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to work with our team in Auckland.
This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing team.
In this role you will be primarily based out of our Rosedale office, managing multiple complex projects. You will perform site visits and work with the team so you must have strong leadership skills and know-how to get the best out of your people. It will be your job to ensure our sites run smoothly and our stakeholders are kept up to date. This is a hands-on role where you need to be a team player and lead by example. You will co-ordinate labour, materials, and contractors for the sites, with particular focus on the construction program.

If you are keen to be part of our growing team, we are after someone who has the following attributes:
- Proven experience as a project manager or in a similar building industry role in New Zealand.
- Excellent knowledge of residential construction NZS3604, the NZ Building Code, and health and safety compliance.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders in a confident, friendly and professional manner.
- Great attention to detail and level of efficiency.
- Ability to think on your feet to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Strong organisational and administrative tendencies, including proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to assist with budgets, tendering and project feasibilities
