About the role
To assist the remittance business maketransactions through:
1. Delivering a client-focused customerservice experience
2. Assisting sales team / complianceteam to acquired customer information for compliance purposes.
Key Accountabilities
Account Opening
· Strictly follow compliance procedures and gather allrequired & valid customer information /documents needed for account opening
· Always pay attention to details and strictly adhered toall compliance policy and procedures for account opening
· Open account for customers who meet the compliancerequirement
Process Transactions
· Make an assessment on AML/CFT risk through questioning orother circumstances
· Coordinate account details with accounts department
· Update all status in system
Inquiry Response
· Maintain the daily operations of IE Money Wechat CustomerService Account including reply any wechat messages from existing /potential clients
· Handle all incoming calls, emails and walk-in customerswith remittance queries
· Accurately identify and assess customers’ needs to achievesatisfaction
Communication
· Provideaccurate, valid and complete information about company products & servicesto potential and existing clients
· Buildsustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactivecommunication
· Communicate/ coordinate with clients to acquire all information / documents required forcompliance purposes
Record Keeping / Archiving
· Keep accurate records and document customer service actions anddiscussions
· Ensure all confidential client information / relevant records &documents are up to date and archive properly for compliance and auditingpurposes.
· Ensure both physical and electronic copies of client relevant documentsor records are stored in a secured and systematic manner.
· Ensure all sensitive or confidential client information / relevantdocuments need to be disposed of.
Assisting the Sales Team
· Provideany support the sales team needs to secure client transactions, including butnot limited to opening accounts for them, communicating with clients for them,providing them with up to date information.
· Ensure aclose cooperation with the sales team, to deliver a smooth, seamless customerservices experience.
