We are an Auckland based residential development company that is looking for a Project Administrator to join our fast-growing team. This is an entry-level position great for applicants who have excellent administration skills and looking for a long-term career in the construction industry. Can be your step stone towards various intermediate roles.
About you
Fluent English and Mandarin is a must
Relevant tertiary education, preferably major in Construction Management
1+ years project administration or construction industry work experience preferred
Good use of MS Office, Google Docs, Dropbox, and Gmail
Attention to details
Excellent documentation skills
Confidence under pressure
About the role
Undertaking general project administration duties to support the team Liasis with Watercare, the council, Vector, and Chorus to make applications, get quotations, and follow-ups.
Collect and document all sign off papers, Producer Statements, As Builds from site managers and safe keep for later use.
Follow-up with consultants or contractors if any missing information.
Work closely with site managers and QS.
Assist with organizing meetings if required
Preparing and formatting documents
Undertake ‘scanning’ of all documents, filing and archiving
Great communication and organizational skills along with a "can-do" attitude where no job is too big or small.
