Currently, we are looking for an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join our friendly team at our distribution centre in PB Head Office Manukau. This is a full time 6 months fixed-term contract with the possibility in becoming permanent.
Your main responsibility will be operating and stacking pallets and products using Reach Truck. Roster is Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm with a rotating shift in weekend fortnightly. Overtime work may be required based on workloads. Basic system skills and training will be provided.
The successful candidate must have the followingattributes:
- At least 2 years full time operation experience as a Reach Truck Driver, which means at least 4000 working hours in the past 2 years. Racking height up to 9 metres.
- Must have the valid Forklift and Reach Truck Licence. Clean licence is compulsory.
- Able to work at a fast pace for the duration of the shift. Physical fitness is required.
- Willingness to follow our Health & Safety requirements. Good safety sense is compulsory for this role.
- Great numeracy and analytical skills to ensure correct order picking.
- Excellent work attitude and attendance records.
- Attention to details and ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive work attitude.
