Mr Motors Group 车行因业务发展需要,现在诚聘全职Sales Representative, 具体要求如下:
a. Meet and greet walk-in customers, andunderstand customer’s buying requirements
b. Demonstrate vehicles to customers, assist withcustomer esquires, ask customer if they have been to Mr Motors before or how theyknow about us, and introduce each customer to Branch Manager
c. Educate customers to decide which vehicle willbest suit their needs
d. Introduce evaluation of the trade-in cars atcorrect stage
e. Closing deals and work with F&I staff to upsell insurances or financial loans to the customer
f. Utilizing Company system to updatecar or accessories sale information
g. Make sure all paperwork relating to car oraccessories sale are done properly
h. Check and prepare sold vehicles ready fordelivery
i. Ensure showroom vehicles are always wellpresented
j. Keep a database of potential customers andrevisit customers via phone calls or email to promote car sales
k. Follow up opportunities daily and make sure allinformation updated onto Motorcentral
l. Promote Company vehicles on social-media suchas referral call back, china2au, facebook, wechat or instgram, and complete logof daily on-line marketing work done and get it checked by Branch Manager
m. Ring the customer after the sale to find out ifthey are satisfied with the car
m.Follow up after-sale work such as repair coordinationor accessories sale
n. Complete daily car grooming, follow up warrantyof fitness or rego work assigned by Branch Manager
O. Dress professionally and make sure personalworking area are clean and tidy
P. Other tasks assigned by Branch Manager
