We are a lighting company in New Zealand, andare growing rapidly. We're looking for a customer service expertise that hasgood people skills and communication skills, is positive, and likes to be partof a busy team.
In this role, you will:
* Answer phone calls, professionally deal with all customer enquiries
* Assisting in customer order process,including invoicing, packing
* Assisting in project quotations, and lighting designs
* Be well organised to be able to completeall daily work
* Project an open and friendly demeanor
* Be good with numbers, computer literate, can assist some office works
To satisfy this role, you will have an exceptional phone manner with writtenand verbal English skill. Keeping calm in all situations. This role isPermanent Full time, Monday to Friday.
