Quantity Surveyor
Your responsibilities willinclude:
· Providetimely, accurate and detailed estimates for all builds
· Productselection delivers the customer’s expectations for quality, appearance andvalue
· Productselection provides a comprehensive, buildable and cost-effective constructionsolution
· Take-offs(bill of materials) are prepared to completion accurately, and on time
· Checkactual outcomes reflect estimations to maximize margin through regularreporting
· Attendingsite visits and site meetings where required
· Theability to take the lead as well as work in a team
To be successful in this roleyou will need:
· Relevant industry qualificationin Quantity Surveying
· Minimum 1 years’ QS experiencein a relevant industry
· Knowledge of residentialconstruction practices and products
· Knowledge of preparation offeasibilities, budgets, variance analysis etc.
· Great communication skills
· Ability to speak Mandarin whilenot essential would be an advantage
