We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Telesales Representative to join our outbound contact centre in East Auckland. You will be part of a small and busy team with full of energy.
Your commitment to customer experience, accurate and efficient work, and confidence multitasking will lead to your success in this role.
Start Date:
Starting in January as a part-time position (30hrs per week) working from Monday to Friday based in East Tamaki, Auckland. There is a possibility for this role to extend to full-time for the successful applicant.
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for applicants who:
- Have a positive, proactive approach to work
- Have experience providing excellent customer service
- Take pride in their ability to listen, assess a situation, and provide effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written (verbal fluency in Mandarin is a must)
- Are confident navigating multiple computer systems
- Are flexible and able to adapt on the fly to a diverse range of queries
- Enjoy self-directed work within a team
