Retail Sales Assistant
Omni Tech Limited is one of the fastest growing New Zealand based and operated companies within mobile accessories and repair services. We operate more than 27 stores across New Zealand, and we are still growing.
We are currently looking for highly motivated, proactive, energetic sales driven Retail Sales Assistants with a can-do attitude to join our team throughout New Zealand.

The Role
The main duties include:
· Greeting and serving customers
· Providing product knowledge and advice to customers
· Assessing customerneeds and recommending goods and services which meet their needs
· Promoting Omni Tech’s ICT goods and services to existing and prospective clients
· Dealing with customer refunds and customer complaints
· Reporting to sales management on sales made and the market ability of ICT goods and services
· Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased
· Preparing salesreports
· Upselling a wide variety of products
· Ensuring all products are attractively displayed
Skills and Experience required:
To be successful in this role you will have agreat focus on sales knowledge, customer service and helping grow the business. You will need to have the following skills:
• Strong sales focus, to achieve store targets as set by Management
• Extraordinary confidence
• Previous experience in retail sales
• High level of customer service.
• Basic knowledge in IT but not compulsory
• Passionate about mobile phones and other devices
• Ability to act as part of a team in an ever-changing environment
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to think outside the square
• Positive energy and attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility, as you may be required to work during the week, some public holidays, weekends, and late nights around the region.
