We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager for our Venues located in Glendene/Henderson.
This is a full time position and will be responsible for:
- Hiring, training and supervising staff
- Organise food supplies, order andkeep accurate stock records
- Manage staff rosters
- Plan budgets on weekly basis
- Promotion and marketing
Job Requirements
-Restaurant Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Previous experience in hospitality management and staff supervision (Preferred)
- Relevant qualifications - Duty Manager or LCQ certificate (Preferred)
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Effective management skills
- Able to manage operations of the restaurant
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Flexible work schedules
