We are a well-established Kitchen & furniture joinery business operating for over 9 years. We offer custom made joinery from individual home owners, to large commercial housing developments.
Position:
We have newly available Quantity surveyor role. This role is for someone who is highly motivated and dedicated.
the ideal candidate would have experience in Kitchen & joinery trade.
Responsibilities:
- Building effective & healthy relationships with our clients.
- Meeting with clients and go throught design and specs according to shopdrawing.
- site-measurement
- SOQ & price estimates
- complete ordering and manage installation&delivery schedules
- Temp hiring and timesheets
- weekly reports
- site safety and access management
- QA and QC
- New builds or renovation
Job requirement
- Construction quaduate
- minimum of two years of experience in the construction industry
- Fit and proactive
- Willingness to help in all aspect and pay attention to details
