We currently have an opening for a Scooter Repair Technician to join our friendly Service Department in our PB Tech Head Office, Manukau.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Carry out the diagnosing/repairing of electronic products such as scooters, robot vacuum cleaner, and etc (full training will be provided).
- Ability to achieve daily and monthly repair targets and volumes.
- Accurately document repairs/complete job sheets and various internal/external communications.
- General duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Technical supports to other team members for intractable problems.
The successful candidate must have the following attributes:
- Good hands-on experience and logic skill.
- Comfortable to lift up to 25KG electronic products.
- Excellent computer technical skills including Microsoft office, implementation and end-user interaction, computer products, and applications knowledge computer networking systems.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management with good attention to detail, prioritizing, and multitasking skills.
- Good work ethics and an excellent team player.
- Able to work overtime if any.
