Real Estate salesperson in Epsom is looking for a Personal Assistant/Administrator to provide administration support to his successful team. Requirements include:
1. Fluent in both English and Chinese language, strong communication and customer service skills
2. Marketing skills, including advertising text and promotional material preparation.
3. Relevant experience in Administrator and/or Personal Assistant, database management.
4. Enjoys a varied and challenging role with attention to details.
5. Computer literate, must be experienced with Microsoft suite (i.e., Word, Excel), gmail, social media (i.e., instagram, facebook, wechat, etc). Experience with Photoshop preferred.
6. Holding current Real Estate License and familiar with the real estate market of Central Auckland is preferred.
7. Full driver's license is preferred.
