工作内容包括但不限于
Scheduling customer service jobs and daily vehicle activities.
Ensuring the stock returned from customers is redirected to the clearance store.
Tracking faulty product lines , and preparing data for the purchasing department to claim credit from overseas suppliers
Providing accurate information to stores and customers in regards to the timeline of customer service jobs, warranty issues and resolution.
Receiving inwards stock, labeling with barcode stickers and processing receiving in the ERP system
Laising between stores and provide reports to warehouse manager and stock control manager
