Technical Marketing and Branding Coordinator
We are looking for a highly-motivated person to grow brand awareness and drive sales. In this role, you will be working on day-to-day branding & marketing coordination activities.
Experience and proven ability in the following:
- Qualification in Science, Media marketing or equivalent experience in the nutraceutical industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Multi lingual is an advantage for a territory such as China
- Excellent merchandising skills and customer service skills
- Managing relationships with retail store, distributer, advertising, PR & media agencies as well as key internal stakeholder
- Provide after sales support including handling customer enquire, product training, complaints handling
- Manage store/outlets routine visit and prepare competitor’s analysis and industry trends.
- Provide verbal presentation in confidence manner
- Understanding of oversea social media tool and E-commerce platform operation
- Participating in promotional activities and assist in marketing events
- Assist with the brand & product development projects, including brand building, product design, marketing materials composing, content etc
- Commitment to achieve sales and marketing targets or objectives including launching new products on time
- Achievement in KPI’s and Projects in timely manner with strict time management
- Assist with supplier base expanding
