We are a well-established wholesale business located in East Tamaki, specialised in the automotive industry.
- You must have minimum 2 years Customer Service Administration experience and computer-savvy with problem solving skills.
- You must be fluent in both written and spoken English as 90% of our customers are non-Mandarin speaking
You are required to handle customers' enquiries and prepare/process customers' orders via phone calls, text messages and emails. Also attend to walk-in customers and coordinate with warehouse staff and courier/freight companies to ensure prompt deliveries.
