Plumber/Gas fitter
As a fantastic company, we are growing and creating one opportunity to search for plumber/gasfitter. To join our residential housing team, top hourly rate-both wages and contractor rates available. Weekly pay will be applied and basic PPE will be provided.

To be considered for this role you will need to have the following:
l Qualification in plumbing/gas fitting
l LBP holder for plumbing and gasfitting
l Own tools
l Proven 2 years work experience
l 2 work reference
l Be available immediately and ongoing
l Site safe preferred but not essential
l Able to work unsupervised while providing safe and quality work
l Drug and alcohol free

Architect
As a growing company, Space X now also have opportunities to search for architects. To join our residential housing team, the benefit will be based on experience.
You will have experience working on multi-unit residential projects.
Skills/experience:
l Registered LBP
l Have deep knowledge in council zoning and other regulation requirement including RC, BC and Building Code.
l Able to take a project from early concept design through developed design and construction documentation with attention to design integrity and construction detailing in a New Zealand context
l 3d rendering skills are important
l Skilled in Revit （preferred），Auto CAD, Archicad
l Experience in submitting consents to council
If you do not meet all the requirements above, it’s also OK. We also have another position for the applicant who is skilled in drawing the plan but LBP not required. And we also have ongoing opportunities for you to gain experience and deep knowledge for the standard.
