We are lookingfor:
- Architectural graduate with 1+ years working experience
- Strong independent design skill in Terrace house, residential/ state housing.
- Team experiencein residential apartment.
- Good EYE for design and attention to Details.
- Must be a Revit user
- Must with good understanding of unitary plan.
- Good knowledgeof building code. (Building consent skill preferred)
- Hard workingand good time management, can work under high pressure
- Strong comprehension capacity and communication ability
- Must Be holding New Zealand Full Driver Licence
1. 至少一年以上制图经验，并能独立完成民宅Building Consent
2. 流利英文，需要dealing with council
3. 熟悉新西兰建筑规范, 标准和施工要求
4. 熟练使用Revit, ArchiCAD或者AutoCAD以及其他办公软件
5. 能独立完成3D渲染图
6. 持有新西兰全驾照, 及合法工作签证
