We are looking for someone that can be responsible forco-ordinating logistics arrangements to the companies' clients in aprofessional and timely manner.
Excellent communication skills are needed as you willbe liaising with customs agents, overseas agents and the client.
Attention to detail is crucial, you will be checking costingand invoicing, ensuring any additional costs are allocated along with lodgingclaims and reporting.
For this role you need:
- A minimum of 2 years recent experience in sea imports
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise well, planning in advance
- A 'can do' attitude
- A well-honed knowledge of the documentation process
- Mandarin speaker essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The person we are looking for will have a good understandingof the Freight Forwarding industry in New Zealand.
