The requirement for a Sale and MarketingManager has arisen due to the incumbent looking for a new career path of choiceand hence this is an excellent opportunity to join this company and deliverbusiness growth

Managing Packaging, Freight and Mailingservices for businesses of all sizes; as well as for Householders and TouristsNationwide and on an International scale, specialized in China trading lane
•Freight solutions offer a vast range, from sending a 20 gram letterto a 1 Ton consignment
•Offering over 30 different Freight services, enabling delivery toany destination on the planet
•Through the retail network they differentiate ourselves from thetraditional methods of servicing customer needs in the freight market.
Candidates will have the following skillsand experience:
A successful track record of profitablebusiness development;
An in-depth understanding of theexport/import supply chain/freight forwarding/courier;
Ability to develop strategy and the tenacityto deliver;
Solid understanding of marketing principles;
Innovative and solution focused;
Ability to work cross functionally todevelop processes and systems;
Commercially astute and an experiencednegotiator;
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills;
Customer focused;
Project management skills;
Evidence of investment in personaldevelopment;
Strong evidence in social media salesdevelopment and achievement.
Reporting to the director, the Sales &Marketing Manager is responsible for business development strategy and fordelivering on that strategy to meet revenue and margin targets. They are also responsible for evolving thecore service offering and leading the marketing strategy. There is further work to be done to developsystems and processes that support the delivery of exceptional customer serviceand the National Sales & Marketing Manager will have a key role infacilitating this, including providing customer insight.
Candidates will need to have a successfultrack record developing profitable business and innovative solutions in thesupply chain/freight forwarding/courier service sector. They will have a solid understanding of thesupply chain/freight forwarding/courier challenges across a broad range of industriesand insight about customers pain points.
