Our busy Albany head office is looking for a full time Payroll and Account Officer. If you have some accounting/payroll experience with NZ qualification in accounting/business, please see below requirements.
- have accounting/ payroll/ office/accounts administration experience in NZ
- have an accounting/business degree from NZ University
- attention to detail
- good work ethics
- good written and verbal communications skills.
- can do attitudes
- good organisation skills
- good teamwork skills
- Proficient in any account/payroll software, Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
Duties incl. processing weekly payroll for more than 200 workers, processing weekly invoices to our customers, entering job orders, any other accounts and office administration tasks as required.
