· A minimum 2 years fashion retail experience
· A proven ability to achieve & exceed sales targets
· Exceptional communication skills
· Outstanding customer service skills
· An understanding and genuine love of fashion & trends
· A talent for driving and motivating team members
· Initiative and problem solving skills are a must
