Add Value Renovation is looking for an aspiring marketing professional that want to help new zealanders improve their home value!
We need an amazing assistant to join our marketing team. You will be under the direct supervision of the Director. This is a part-time unpaid internship, ideal for a student wanting to learn about the marketing & building industry.
If you are enthusiastic, ready to work hard and learn about the industry, this is the job for you!
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Support daily functioning of the office.
· Follows up on phone calls and contacts as appropriate
· Answers general emails and postal correspondence with customers and suppliers
· Provide support to office and team.
· Provides administrative support for the director as needed
· Prepares weekly and monthly reports for the director
· Manages the customer complaint procedure
· Contact suppliers, order and monitor supplies
· Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
· Facebook support, project description writings
· Files and archives accurate records
· Manages health and safety as well as fire regulations within the office
· Prepare for and attend board meetings.
