工作职责:
1. Greet visitors and enquirers andassist them with company-related enquiries
2. Liaise with regular serviceproviders as necessary – e.g. cleaners, repair services, etc.
3. Open, sort, label and distributeinward mail. Courier outward mail.
4. Order stationery and officesupplies.
5. Monitor stock management ofoffice supplies and ensures that stock levels are effectively maintained.
6. Maintain tidiness of office on aregular basis.
7. Complete any additional tasksrequested by the property manager or branch manager
8. Paperwork filling
9. Data entry
