Remuneration: $39000 + bonus (startup position & reviewed after 6 months)
Description:
We are a Property and Building Management Company since 2011. We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager.
Main Job tasks and requirement:
• Fluent in both Chinese and English speaking
• Must be self directly and able to meet deadlines and must be self- motivated and keen to learn.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills are essential in this position.
• "Accuracy, punctuality and attention to detail" is must
• Ability to perform marketing tasks include creating advertisements, posting photos
• Planning open home events, scheduling property tours and answering questions about advertised properties.
• Letting properties, processing bonds collected and conducting credit checks
• Contacting and responding to landlord and tenant's enquiries
• Monitoring rental arrears, renewals and reviews
• Coordinating views and conducting property routine inspections
• Processing maintenance request and arranging work orders
• Offering highlevel service and continue to build company’s reputation by best practice property management
• Experiences of property management are not necessary, but sound knowledge of real estate industry, hospitality industry experience, marketing industry experience is the advantage.
• We will also provide on-the-job training if the candidate successfully undertakes the tasks
• NZ Full License preferred
• New Zealand Bachelor’s degree in property, marketing or business is require
