BBX is looking for a community development in South Island to join us.
BBX is a solutions provider that helps businesses manage cash flow and gain new customers. BBX was first established in Australia in 1993, NZ in 1994. We now operate in 12 countries with over 90,000 app users and 25,000+ businesses globally and continues its expansion into the Asia-Pacific, Middle east and North America. BBX acts as a third party record keeper for the trusted digital credit known as the BBX Trade Credit. Its members use the trade credit to settle transactions on the platform increase sales, create cost savings, and improve the general financial performance of their business by taking advantage of spare or under-utilised capacities, all of which improve their bottom line profitability.
Business development:
1. To work with the Country Manager inaccordance with established Company policies and procedures.
2. To develop and maintain a cohesive working relationship with BBX members and employees.
3. Pursue individual sales leadswithin the network ensuring that buying and selling opportunities are carriedout to completion.
4. Be a part of lead generation networking functions both BBX driven and individually attended to create andmaintain your own lead generation database
5. Manager your personal sales funnel
6. Achieve new membership recruitment KPI’s
7. Maintain a data base of unfulfilled requests and advise members of the progress in meeting their requests, viaobtaining referrals and new sales.
8. Supervise, mentor and train staffas required and requested by BBX Country Manager
9. Document all contact records in bbxtrade.com.

1. Excellent personal sales skills
2. Attention to detail and be familiarwith social and digital lead generation
3. Be focused on the members journeyand provide excellent customer care
4. Outgoing with clear phone voice andfriendly personal manner
5. Good computer skills and able tolearn new systems
6. Adaptable to change and working aspart of a team
7. Dealmaker, go-getter and sales achiever
Skill Set:
1. Marketing and Sales experience
2. Excellent written and verbal skills
3. Degree in communications a bonus
